• Free kidney screening through the Kidney Check Study
  (simple urine sample and blood pressure check)
• Free cheer cards to support Team We Can for IgAN and all runners

Take a few minutes to check your kidney health and help us raise awareness while cheering on an incredible community.

The average cost of a kidney transplant in the U.S. is estimated at $75,326 in the first year alone, followed by $16,672 every year for ongoing transplant care. This is a staggering financial and human burden.

To change this trajectory, we’re partnering with the Loma Linda University Health (LLU)  on a study #KidneyCheck focused on early detection of Kidney Disease in younger populations where timely intervention can have the greatest impact.

By studying proactive urine dipstick testing in healthy, asymptomatic people, this project aims to uncover kidney issues earlier, giving individuals the chance to seek treatment sooner, qualify for clinical trials, and play a more proactive role in their health for better long-term outcomes.
