Talkspace: Managing Rumination Triggers

Rumination is the experience of feeling like you can’t get something out of your mind. Rumination wastes your time and energy and leaves you feeling exhausted. Even though you might feel helpless when it comes to rumination, you actually have the ability to interrupt it.
In this class, your host will guide you through practical strategies for managing your rumination triggers, positively influencing your thought patterns, and grounding yourself in the present moment.
Once the therapist is done guiding, they’ll open up the class for questions. You’ll be able to ask our therapist anything, anonymously. Note: your attendance is 100% anonymous, and everyone who signs up will gain access to the live video recording afterward.
