Summer Berry Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 handful of kale
- 2 thin slices of ginger root
- ½ cup frozen blueberries
- ½ cup frozen pineapple
- ½ cup frozen mango
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 1/2 lemon, squeezed
- 8oz water
Directions:
- Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth. Feel free to add more liquid if needed.
