One out of 5 American adults is a caregiver to someone with a chronic illness. It can take a major toll if you don’t pay attention, which is why it’s so important to connect with others and know that you are not alone. Remember, you need to take care of yourself to be able to take care of others, and it’s not selfish to do so.
