Find Us Where You Are

IgA Nephropathy Has No Borders. Neither Do We.

Through our Go Global Network, we support patients and families around the world, with established ambassadors in Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, and the Philippines, and continued growth into new regions. This program extends the IgA Nephropathy Foundation’s mission beyond borders by bringing education, support, and advocacy to communities worldwide through local leadership, strategic partnerships, and culturally relevant resources.

This network continues to grow, powered by individuals who want to make a difference in their local communities. If you are looking for a way to get involved, we would love to hear from you. Together, we are building a connected global network to improve awareness, expand access to care, and ensure that no patient, no matter where they live, faces IgAN alone. Contact marykate@igan.org

Core focus areas are as follows

Strengthen Relationships

Build meaningful connections with patients, caregivers, clinicians, and advocacy leaders worldwide to foster trust, collaboration, and a unified global IgAN community.

Establish an International Network

Develop a growing network of country leaders, ambassadors, and partners to expand the Foundation’s reach and create a strong, coordinated global presence.

Develop Tailored Resources

Create and deliver culturally relevant, language-specific educational materials and tools designed to meet the unique needs of diverse patient populations.

Raise Global Awareness & Advocate

Amplify the global voice of the IgAN community by increasing disease awareness, advancing advocacy efforts, and promoting equitable access to care and treatment worldwide.

Go Global: Expanding Awareness, Advocacy & Access Worldwide

The Go Global initiative is the IgA Nephropathy Foundation’s international effort to support patients, caregivers, and clinicians beyond the United States. Our mission is to amplify global awareness, promote equitable access to care, and provide culturally relevant education and advocacy tools to communities affected by IgA Nephropathy around the world.

Through localized resources, strategic partnerships, boots on the ground ambassadors, and collaboration with medical and patient leaders in various countries, Go Global aims to close the gap in care, accelerate treatment availability, and ensure that no patient—regardless of geography—navigates IgAN alone.

Join Us

If you’re a patient advocate, healthcare professional, or organization interested in partnering with us to expand support in your country, we’d love to hear from you. Together, we can make a lasting impact for the global IgAN community.
