Episode 8: IgAN Mindful Moments — Guided Sound Meditation Session

Using sound to meditate can help anchor your mind, allowing you to let go of distractions or thoughts that don’t ultimately serve you. Most of the human body is water, so researchers believe sound vibrations work in the body to help produce a calming effect. 

Join Franck Raharinosy as he guides you through meditation by immersing yourself in sound, focusing on your breath and being in the present.
